1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Properties, including:

• HRW websites, online products, and services;
• HRW digital products and physical products; and
• HRW games and applications.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third party websites, online properties, or systems to which my Properties may link or through which my Properties may be accessed, and you accept I am not responsible for the security or privacy practices of any such third-party websites, properties, or systems. Sometimes, I may direct you to a site operated by a vendor or partner. Even though the page where you provide information may have the look and feel of the Properties, a different privacy policy may govern that information collection by my vendor or partner.

2. Information I Collect

HRW collects information about you from you and other sources. As set out below in greater detail, as well as in Section 10 for US residents, I use and in specific cases combine that information ("Information") to operate, tailor content, personalize, and to send you messages or personalized information about my games, music, other products, new features and more, including for marketing and promotional purposes. In addition, I use your Information to operate my business and meeting my legal obligations.

The type of information I collect depends on the Property. I collect the following information:

• Identifiers / Contact Information: Name, postal address, and email address
• Billing Information: Shipping address
• Audio / Visual Information: Account photos, images, and avatars, audio information via chat features and functionality, and gameplay recordings and video footage (such as when you participate in playtesting)

3. Children's Information'

I direct my Properties to a general audience. HRW does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under 13 in the United States (or older, if applicable law provides for different protections). If I become aware that a child has provided personal information without a parent's permission, I will promptly delete this information.

4. Sources of Information'

How I obtain information depends on the Property you request, purchase, or use.

• Information You Provide:
  • when you subscribe to marketing and communications;
  • when you purchase one of my products directly through the House Ravenwolf website;
  • when you contact me for support or other purposes; and
  • when you participate in playtesting.
• Through third-party vendors:
  • when you purchase one of my products through a third-party vendor or platforms.

5. How I Use Your Information'

I use the information I collect as follows, as permitted by law.

For my business purposes, including to:

• fulfill product orders and other requests;
• respond to your questions and concerns; and
• communicate with you.

For commercial purposes, including to:

• contact you with information and promotional materials.

Legal compliance:

• to comply with legal process, such as warrants, subpoenas, and court orders;
• to respond to lawful regulatory or law enforcement requests;
• to exercise, establish, or defend my legal rights;
• to protect the vital interests of any person; and
• to comply with applicable legal requirements.

If you are based in a location that requires me to establish legal grounds, I process your information on the following grounds:

• Establish and perform my contract with you (such as the terms applicable to my Properties, or to take steps at your request, such as to complete transactions with you).
• Compliance with a legal obligation.
• For my or my partners' legitimate interests, such as to improve my products and services; conduct direct marketing (when I do not need your consent); otherwise supporting my business, operations, and services; and enforce and prevent violations of my terms or policies.
• Protect your vital interests or those of another person.

As set out below, HRW shares your information with:

• vendors and third-party partners engaged by HRW to provide you with products or services you have requested;
• service providers, including payment processors, print-on-demand services, and shippers;
• regulatory or law enforcement agencies, and legal counsel; and
• other third parties (e.g., for collaborative offerings, in connection with the sale or transfer of a business or asset, and other purposes with your permission).

I take a range of security measures to help protect the security, integrity, and privacy of the information I collect about you. These security measures are designed to protect against the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the information under HRW's' control. However, no system can be completely secure and I cannot guarantee my security measures.

8. Your Information and Retention Period

HRW will retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Properties (ncluding Accounts), maintain contact if you subscribed to communications and marketing materials, fulfil my legal obligations, and exercise, defend or establish my rights.

9. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights over your personal information, including the right to:

• request access to or a copy of your personal information;
• request deletion of your personal information;
• request correction or modification of your personal information;
• be informed about the personal information I collect and/or process about you, the sources of personal information, and the third parties with whom information was shared and for what purposes;
• withdraw consent, if processing is based on consent;
• opt-out of the sharing of your personal information;
• opt-in/out of financial incentives; and
• limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.

You can make a data rights request in relation to your personal information. I will respond to data requests within a month. I may take steps to verify your identity before I can respond to your request. To the extent these rights apply to you, they may be limited in some situations, for example when I am under a legal requirement or have a compelling interest for processing your personal information. If you have unresolved concerns, where applicable, you may also have the right to complain to a privacy authority. Alternatively, if you wish to make a data request or appeal a data request decision, please contact HRW using the details provided in the Contacting Me section.

You may authorize someone to make a privacy rights request on your behalf (an authorized agent). Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you have authorized them to act on your behalf, or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. I retain the right to request confirmation directly from you confirming that the agent is authorized to make such a request, or to request additional information to confirm the agent's identity.
